Rob was fortunate enough to have the week of Thanksgiving off this year. On Monday night his mom was singing with her school kids at Layton High, so we decided to go see them. Unfortunately we were about 10 minutes late and she happened to go first, so we missed it. :( But, then we all went over to the Layton Park after for the lighting of the Christmas lights, so we still got to enjoy that.

My cute girls :) After the lights we went with Gma, Gpa and Stu, Sommer and their boys to get some ice cream at Coldstone. Yum!
Rob was a on top of things and made sure to get the lights on our house while he was off work for the week. We didn't put lights up last year, so he took the girls and they went on a light hunt to find the perfect lights for our house. The girls were super excited and luckily the weather was nice so they could go outside and watch daddy do his thing. They also colored while they were waiting...
...and danced of course.
And here they are for our first "lighting." Obviously my camera doesn't do them justice, but they look awesome and Rob did really good.
We love having a lighted house for Christmastime
