So on August 12, Anisten finally decided that it was time. Time to pierce those ears. She'd been talking about it for a while and kept saying that she would get them pierced for her birthday, which was fine with me. That's when I pierced my ears, when I turned 8. But recently, she's been getting more and more excited and brave and then she finally just asked if she could do it now. I figured we might as well do it now while she wanted to, rather than wait for her to change her mind. So we did it...with the understand that this is a Christmas present, because it's super expensive.
We just went to Claire's in the mall. Here she is sitting in the chair while I fill out some paperwork.

It was pouring rain when we left the mall. I took a picture because it was seriously like a shower outside. Crazy. Of course, Aivree is standing right in it

A couple days before Anisten lost her 6th tooth! Lucky girl...the poor tooth fairy is gonna be poor! The tooth fairy also colors some water if you leave it out for her, apparently. I guess it changes to whatever color she is. This one was apparently dark, dark blue almost black.
