Girls weekend!! - and Aivree without Training Wheels

So on August 8, 2014 I decided it was about time I got to spend some time with my wonderful cousins/girlfriends.  I have never gone overnight without Rob or my family since we got married 10 years ago (although Rob tries to say that can't possibly be true..it is).  So we set up a weekend we could all go and Shari and Sara and I got together to party like old times!
First Shari and I picked up Sara and then we went to Smiths to stock up on goodies.  Then we drove up to Park City and ended up eating at Taco Bell because we were starving and it was fast.  Then we headed to our hotel, The Yarrow.  We painted our nails and ate junk food and watched TV and talked lots of girl talk and laughed!  It was wonderful.
The next morning I got up and went for a run.  It was beautiful up there and I got to see this amazing view while I was running:!!
I then went back and woke up my cousins (it was 10am) :)  And we got ready and headed up to Park City Main Street.
There was a quarter glued to the ground and Shari fell for it.  She was determined to get that baby up! :)
We were trying to find this Pizza place that we'd eaten at years earlier when we came on a  girls overnighter, but couldn't find it so we chose this place instead...The Eating Establishment.  There were a lot of people hanging around and we had to wait about 20 minutes, so we assumed it would be great....WRONG!  Apparently it was the only place open serving alcohol or something.  The service we had was horrible.  It was like we were invisible.  The food was fine.  I can't even remember what I ate, just that the they treated us bad.  Oh well, at least the company was good!
Love the sites in Park City.

Here's a view of our hotel while we were driving by

After lunch we went to the Outlet stores to shop around.  It was packed because it was a couple weeks before school started, so everyone was school shopping.  And there was a bike race going on that ended in Park City.  I didn't end up buying anything, but it was still fun.  Then we headed back home.  We had less than 24 hours together and it felt really short.  Next time will have to be longer. ;)
I came home to these cuties selling lemonade and trying to earn some extra cash
And Miss Aivree learned how to ride a bike without training wheels while I was gone! Oh and Anisten lost a tooth too!  It seems like I just need to leave and things start happening.  Go figure.
Here she is...doing awesome!
