Ziplining

When we had our Amazing Race Minute to Win It games in the spring, my parents gave us passes to go ziplining in Provo Canyon.  We all decided on a day that would work and we chose Saturday, July 6, Dad's birthday! :) Rob was able to work it out with work, fortunately, by working on the Fourth of July so he could get Saturday off.  It worked out.  We were so looking forward to this fun trip/date/adventure!

When we got there we could see people ziplining right over us (Kina called them Zippers)!  It was crazy (and a little nerve racking!)

We had to wait a little while because they were backed up with lots of people there, but it wasn't bad.  Here's our whole group

It was seriously so much fun!  The scariest part about it was that you had to make sure you hit your brake at the right time so that you didn't crash into your guide on the landing.  I pretty much did once, but they have a second brake for those circumstances.  It was fun to just let go and fly through the air.  The scenery was beautiful too.  We had so much and I'm so glad we got to go.  What a great idea for our whole family to enjoy together.  Loved, loved, loved it!

After our ziplining we went and ate at a restaurant called Porter's Place.  We were starving and ate it all up.  It was yummy.  Such a fun day.
