Alivia's 2ND Birthday

On June 8, 2014 Alivia turned 2!!  It's so bittersweet to me that my BABY is TWO years old!  I can't believe how fast it went by.
We decided to do a Frozen birthday for Alivia because she loves everything Frozen (as do her sisters).  It's all the rage right now. ;)  But really, it was something I knew she would recognized and love, so we went with it.
Here are her gifts, balloons and pinata
Her first gift, attached to the balloons is this Doc microphone that sings "Time for your Checkup" and glows.  She also got a cup full of Hershey's kisses and she immediately started handing them out to everyone and eating them.
Her birthday fell on a Sunday this year so we headed off to church early (9am church).  She had a little bit of a cold/runny nose so we didn't send her to nursery that day.  So here are some her antics while we hung out in the hallway during Relief Society.

I could NOT get her to hold still and smile at the camera...at all!  Curse of the two year old
Grandma and Grandpa Rollins were headed out of town, so they stopped by before they left to see her and give her a few small gifts.  Both grandma's ended up going in on Livi's big birthday present because I was having a hard time coming up with anything to give this girl.  The third girl has pretty much all the toys she could ever want!
They also gave her some cute little books and a watermelon!  Livi absolutely LOVES watermelon

Later we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Stevenson's for dinner and here is the beautiful Frozen birthday cake my Mom made for her.  Love it!
After dinner Livi got to open her presents.  She got chalk and a bubble mower and her very own Leappad 2!

And from the Grandmas and Grandpas she got this awesome wagon!
Then we did the pinata, which was just one where you pulled the strings, so it was over fast (and less violent)
All the cousins with their treats!
Next we sang Happy Birthday and she blew out her candles so well!

Yummy cake!
The kids playing with the new chalk
Birthday girl eating her treats on the way home

Here are some pictures of the wagon after we got it put together and working.  Its a hit!

And working her bubble mower.  Look at those bubbles!
And then eating her yummy watermelon.  I sure love this girl.
I had to put this in to show what a great eater Livi is right now.  The plate on the left is what I gave her for lunch (spinach salad with Italian dressing, cucumbers and watermelon) and the plate on the right is after she was done eating.  She loves salad!!  She's a great fruit and vegetable eater.  Especially in the summer when we have so many yummy ones to eat.  If only it would stay that way, right?
It was so much fun celebrating this sweet girl.  She is such a joy to our family and I am so very grateful she is one of us.  We love our Livi girl!!
