I'd been wanting to go to the Treehouse Museum in Ogden a long time ago but it just never happened, so I finally planned a playdate with Dee and Chels (although Chels couldn't make it this time) and we went. It turned out to be a hit. The girls just loved being able to play with everything and I loved that it was educational and getting us out of the house on a winter day.
It was really cute to see them getting excited about everything.
Here they are in the music room making some music
And then on the firetruck being firefighters
Cute little cowgirls
Learning geography on one of the big maps
Drawing on chalkboards in the school room
There was so much fun stuff to see and do and we didn't even get to see all of it. The reason we had to leave was because the girls had climbed up this big climbing wall so they were upstairs while I was down (not the greatest idea) and then Aivree took off. Of course. That girl just loves to get lost and give her mom a heart attack. Once I chased her down I was done, so I dragged them out kicking and screaming. Which means they really want to go back. I'm actually considering buying year memberships there, so we may be seeing a lot of more of it.
