Haircuts and lollipops!

We got Anisten's hair cut yesterday, February 11. I know I blogged about the last time we got her hair cut (which was her first haircut), but it's always a major thing when we cut her hair. It's not like with boys how they get it cut every other month or something ya know? Shari cut it again and Ani was such a good, patient little girl.

Here she is with her long hair. It had grown out quite a bit again which means it got tangled very easily.
Snip, snip

And here she is with her new 'do. I love it and hopefully it will be easier to do and there will be less heartache when it comes to brushing/fixing/washing it.

The only reason Rob agreed to let me cut it this short is because he is tired of hearing her scream about it too. She has such a soft head (or is just a wimp about it).
Cute girl and cute hair
Yesterday Aivree took two very short naps and was very ornery. She's got to the point where she wants someone to hold her or entertain her practically all the time or she's not happy (maybe she's teething too; I certainly hope so because she's almost 11 months and has no teeth!). So, I gave her a dum-dum sucker and she loved that! I thought she looked so cute sucking on it.

It really is the little things in life that make all the difference.
