It's not my fault! Okay so maybe it is a little..

Okay so I know that I'm horrible at keeping up with our blog and that the past month or two has seemed no different to those who occasionally glance to see if my blog has changed in the past year, but this time it's really not my fault that I haven't blogged in awhile. After the holidays were over I had good intentions to come on here and get all updated before the next big picture-taking-worthy event in our lives came up, but then I had a lovely visitor called the stomach flu and didn't feel like doing anything besides curling up in a ball on my bed for days because I was so weak. After that our 100 year old computer decides it wants to get a virus and that's where most of the problems lie. We debated whether or not to get our ancient hand me down computer fixed or just get a new laptop which we'd been talking about doing for awhile anyway. So, we decided we'd shop around a bit and see if we could afford something new. We finally decided on an affordable (?ha!) laptop. Well, after hours of talking on the phone to our internet provider and computer company, a couple of days and a totally replaced computer, we found out that our modem wasn't working properly. So it took another few days for them to send us one of those. SO, now that we finally had a working computer and Rob was able to get his homework done I figured now was the time to get caught up. Then I found out we'd still need a wireless mouse because the built in mouse on the laptop makes moving pictures in the blog difficult (at least it was for me). And now here we are....I've still delayed blogging for awhile probably because I'm just not in the habit of doing it and my girls really don't give me the chance to do it. One of them is on my lap wanting to play Dora and the other is hanging on the chair screaming to be held. I will say that is in a New Year's resolution of mine to stay up on my blog this year because it is now my scrapbook since I've quit scrapbooking (no time or money). I highly doubt many people read my blog anymore so it's really turning into a journal for me I suppose. But I would guess that any of you rare gems out there who do happen to look at my blog are betting against me doing well with my resolution this year. And I wouldn't blame you. But I will try my best to do my best and record more of our family's journeys. I don't want to forget this time in our lives and I know I'll regret not recording more so I really will try. Until next time (which will hopefully be soon)...
