My Girls are Growing up so fast! (Aivree)

My how this girl has grown. I can't believe she's almost 9 months! It has really gone by so fast. She is so much fun and I just love to watch her and her sister interact. They are going to be great friends. There are some days when I just can't get enough of Aivree; I just want to kiss her face all the time! She's such a cutie bug. We're still not sure where she got those blue eyes, but they sure are beautiful.
For awhile there she would always do this scrunchy face. It always made us laugh

She looks so cute in hats and she actually leaves them on!

Aivree seems to really enjoy chewing on her finger. I catch her doing this all the time. Must be a teething thing. Her hair is starting to get a little bit longer too, so I can do a little more with it.

Aivree's first ponytail (8 1/2 months)
Happy Girl :) (notice how she's in her high chair for all these pictures. That girl LOVES to eat!)

One of her first experiences with cerealStarting to self feed. Woohoo!
Speaking of food, I tried making homemade baby food this time around and it is awesome! I save soo much money and it's pretty easy to do. I mix it in the blender and then freeze it in cubes. These are some sweet potatoes I got for .25/lb and it made eight ice cube trays of baby food (approx. 130 oz) Nice. Aivree loves it too and it's probably healthier for her anyway.

One of Aivree's favorite things to do is get under her crib (Ani introduced this to her). I catch Aivree crawling under there all the time. When I peek at her from under the crib, she just giggles at me. It's her little hideout.

This is when she first saw her Buttercup doll in the store. She loves it and sleeps with it all the time now.
Here she is not loving her big coat. She always screams when we put it on, but she looks so darn cute.
Sitting up all by herself at 6 1/2 months! Such a big girl
She started rolling and army crawling and so therefore she began getting around. Here she is after making her way to the tile.
I couldn't even see her around the laundry basket.
Here she is inside the basket
She's come a long way from our little 6 pound baby and she has been such a joy. Each "stage" is so much fun and she is such a blessing to our family.
