Take me out to the ball game!

On Monday night Rob and I were able to go to the Bee's baseball game with our ward. We've always loved going to the games and haven't been in awhile, so we were excited (we'd be even more excited if it was major league - Karen you are so lucky!) My cousin Sara was nice enough to come and watch Anisten while we were gone. Thanks Sara! Anisten's pretty attached to her mommy, so even if we sneak out it doesn't take her long to realize mommy's gone. She made it through though and it was nice for us to be able to enjoy the night away.

A lady in the ward brought a huge bucket of bubble gum and here is me trying to blow a bubble for the picture. Not so good at that.

Rob was much better. You can see the field in the background.

My sweetie and I enjoying the game

My parents and us. Of course my eyes are closed. I'm so good at taking pics.

You really can't see it here, but I'm trying to show the scoreboard. The Bee's won 10 to 7. Yay!

More Summer Fun...

My mom was watering some dry spots in her lawn and so Anisten decided that looked like fun. She was playing with this sink from a kitchen set and so she would fill it up with the water and then dump it out. She ended up dumping it all over herself of course getting the 2nd outfit of the day all wet. That kid just loves water.

Filling up the "sink"

Splashing around a bit, of course. Can't go without splashing

She would then take the water over to the plants spilling it the whole way there. You can see where half of her back is wet. Her front was completely wet.

I think a few drops made it to the flowers. What a good little gardener

Do my fingers hurt????.....mmmmmm not so much. Good thing my poor and fragile grandmother can only handle the kids for an hour or two.
Sorry you couldn't escape.

I love going to baseball games too I really don't think there is anything funner on a summer day than a baseball game. Also fun that you guys got to have a little date together, it's sad how little that seems to happen once kids come along.

I hope you guys got a hot dog while you were there. I'm sorry, but you just can't do a baseball game without a hot dog! It looks like you guys had a good time, what a sweet ward activity!

I'm glad you guys had fun at the baseball game. It looks like fun! Anisten is such a little busybody and it looks like you are going to have a hard time keeping her out of the water!:) Love ya!

We love the Bees! (They are the tripple A affiliates of the Angels which means if one of them get to go to the majors, they would most likely play for the Angels!) I'm glad you had fun. I think bubble gum is the happiest candy in the whole world. Cute pictures of Anisten.

I do love a good ballgame! I agree with Crystal - you have to have a hot dog at the ball game! Even if it's way over priced! Your daughter is a doll!

Brianne-This is Beth Gard. (I hope you remember who I am) I am totally board at work and I keep in touch with Deb Wells via Blogs and I started blog stalking people from the old neighborhood and found you and Rob. I can not believe how old your little girl is and she is darling. We left before you had her so we never saw her but you did good work. I put you on as a link on my blog so the only way to get rid of me now I guess is to go private. :)
