What a whirlwind..but we're in!

Well, after seven years of marriage, we've moved SEVEN times, had six addresses, gone to five different wards, built three houses, had two beautiful girls and we finally own our first mailbox. All that time we used lockbox mailboxes, but on this house we had to put in our very own mailbox. Funny huh? That's quite the list isn't it? It's been a crazy few months and I am so happy that we are finally in our third and final house (at least for awhile...a long while). We were hoping to move in by the end of March but there were delays (of course) so it ended up being the second week in April. Right on our Anniversary in fact. We had our final inspection on April 14th which is seven years to the day Rob and I got married. We didn't pass the first time of course, but we got everything done that we needed to pass the next day and then we went to the Armstrong Mansion that night; the same place we spent our first night together as a married couple. It was really nice to get away together, but at the same time crappy timing since we were moving into our house the next day.

We did pass our final inspection on April 15th and began moving in that day. Luckily we had two trailers and lots of family to help us move and we were able to get A LOT of it done on Friday. We spent our first night in our new house that night and then the next day we finished moving the rest of our stuff. That same day (Saturday April 16th) was the Rollins Easter Hunt/Party so we had to take a break from all the madness and go have some Easter fun. This is what our house looked like while we were gone:

Quite the mess to sort through. It's always crazy the first week or so trying to figure out where everything goes and getting used to a new place, but we got through it and LOVE living here. Here are some pictures of it looking a bit more put together:

Home Sweet Home!
