So sorry I haven't posted in so long. I haven't had much to post about and then I just didn't have the time. I actually don't have any pictures of Thanksgiving or anything, but we had a great time. We were here and enjoyed the feast with the Stevenson bunch. Everything was wonderful. I hope you all had a great holiday!
I decided to take advantage of a few Black Friday deals and was out and about Friday morning when I started feeling a kidney stone forming on my left side. I took some drugs and that seemed to help, but the next day the pain was back and ten times worse. Rob ended up taking me to the hospital because I started having contractions to go along with the kidney stone pain. Pretty much the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life. I wanted to die or pass out or something. Approximately 4 hours after the intense pain had begun, I was able to get something to help the pain at the hospital. They put monitors on me to monitor the baby and luckily all was well with her and I hadn't gone into labor or anything. They hooked me up to an IV and pushed fluids through me as well as stuff for the pain. I was pretty much out of it because whatever they gave me just knocked me out. We stayed until Sunday night and then were able to come home. We've been straining my urine, but haven't caught any definite stone. Not sure what that means. Good news is, the pain is gone (for now) and I am feeling much better. The bad news is, they did an ultrasound at the hospital and the nurse was pretty certain I had a stone still hanging out in my left kidney. So...when that one will hit we don't know. This is my third stone this pregnancy and I'm only halfway done! I'm not sure I can do this.
As far as our house goes...things are progressing. I guess. It seems slow to me, but maybe that's just because we've been out of a house for almost a year now. Rob is working on finish work right now and should be able to start tiling soon. So, Ani's absent a father for a little while again. He's such a hard worker. We are hoping to be in sometime in January.
Well, I just thought I would give a little update on things in our lives right now. Love the Christmas season and looking forward to it this year. We should have some fun pics of those festivities coming up. 'Til next time...

Good luck with getting your house finished you must be so anxious to get moved in. It can be so frusterating sometimes not having a place of your own.
Sorry Bri! I only hear about these things after Brandon finds out from Rob. Let me know!!! At least it happened over the weekend, seems like there's more help available then, but I can take Anisten here to play anytime you need to rest or whatever, k??
Sounds painful but thank goodness for painkillers right? Can't wait to see you guys over the holidays we'll have to plan something after Christmas. I'd love to see your house too! Hope everything else goes well during the remainder of the pregnancy.
You will truly be in my prayers...you poor thing. Just reading about it makes me cringe. You are sucha strong person and I am sure you will be rewarded for being such a dedicated mother!
I cannot imagine having those and being pregnant at the same time, that must be the worst!! I'm so sorry! It's crazy the things your body goes through before and after being pregnant, boy have I got stories too :) I hope you're feeling better and good luck with your house!!
That's a bummer about the stones! Did you have kidney stones with your last pregnancy? NOT FUN! That's way exciting about your new house! January will be here before you know it.
