More Camping fun

Wow. So sorry it's been a while since I've posted. There's just lots going on (and I've been doing lots of reading ;). This was a little while ago, but I wanted to blog about our camping trip with the Rollins fam in Payson Lakes. We had tons of fun. Anisten slept a lot better this time too! She also did a lot of running (and consequently falling), Rob did some fishing and I did some..well, chasing.
Here is Anisten standing by the road that she fell and skinned her knees on 3 times within the first 15 minutes we arrived. She just loves to run. I was finally able to get her to hold still long enough for me to put long pants on her.
Our little family by the lake. Beautiful.
Ani and her daddy looking at the ducks and watching the fishies jump
We decided to go on a walk Friday morning and thought we'd see if Anisten still fit in the Snugli we got her last year. Well, she did...kind of. She actually lasted quite a while in there.
Another view of the lake and Ani in the Snugli
Rob doing some fishing
Anisten on the walking trail that went all the way around the lake
Anisten falling...again

Playing in the dirt. Lovely

Yummy...corn on the cob

It's kind of fuzzy, but this is a way cute pic of Rob throwing Ani in the air. She loves it.

Update: Here is our house with the foundation and footings. Our floor was poured today and Rob is going to start framing tomorrow!!! So, we won't be seeing much of him for a while. :( But we do like to see progress. Moving right along.

Wow, that looks like a really pretty place to camp! I'm glad you had fun and am sooo excited that you have a foundation for your house, but I am sad for you that Rob will be gone alot. We can do some girl bonding if you want. Brody is going hunting next weekend so I will be husbandless also. Talk to ya soon! Love ya lots and lots!! Kin

How fun! We love Payson lakes too! We are actually going camping there in 2 weeks. It's the closest canyon for us. We are taking our new (handed down from my Daddy) motorhome for our first trip. Congrats on your foundation! Is Rob doing a lot of the framing alone? Derek framed for years. It really takes a toll on them. That's cool that he helping to build your house!

Is the top picture going to be your basement? I miss Utah real estate...we are in the house search but CA is a whole different ballgame. Good luck with the building process.

That age and camping is a treat isn't it. She looks like she enjoyed it though! All you can do is let them get dirty and scuff their knees a few times because they just love it! Way fun!
I am excited for you and your house!! That's awesome
